How many hours does Lydia do meditation anf yoga everyday ??How is she able to devote her time to do everyday planetary square ,runes,and yoga along with power meditation ..Does she spent atleast 3 hours everyday to finish all

I'm not sure what blog you are referring to. But at this current time, I am not doing any planetary squares, and only 1 daily working with runes.
I never say how much time I spend on my routines, because it might encourage some members to do too much for them. I always encourage people to do what is best for them, not what others do.
I will say that I am not the type of person who needs entertainment or much leisure time, so I am able to manage everything.
Lead TranslatorAdvanced members especially if they have a kid, they have very dense days. Some yoga sessions can take more than a hour, so probably there are a lot of Zevism, do have even longer routine than 3 hours. Being a Zevist is like having a side job, and along with that, working for the ToZ is like having a second side job, and than having a family with kids, is the 3rd side job. But I can only guess that HPZM and now HPS Lyida's full time job is being a Zevist. Or at least I could not imagine how could they go to work with so much other works.
As a beginner it can be enough even 30min-1hour, and than you go longer and longer STEP BY STEP, so you can adapt
