if somebody has retrograde mars in their natal chart ,can revenge spell be performed on them on tuesday ,,I read HP Pythia said that during mars retrograde ,one must never do black magic ..But this is mars retrograde in general ..what about doing black magic for a person who has mars itself in retrograde in their natal chart??
