I feel in my life ,Only delays and setbacks are happening since the last 10 years ,,whatever other people can easily get ..I am not able to get ..whatever can be known easily comes to me ONLY after much misery and pain ..Is it because I am born in scorpio ascendant??why in general delays happen in life?

Active HelperNo, astrology is much more complicated that looking at single, or even a few placements and making judgments based on them. One has to look at the big picture to get a more telling picture of the situation.
The ascendant in Scorpio can bestow a strong will and an uncommon propensity for magic. It is not necessarily negative; and then, you have to consider the whole birth chart as a whole.
And even if it is so difficult to handle in daily life, you can always work with Runes, Mantras and magical work to mitigate the negative effects.
I also want to add that usually the problems and all the recoil you receive in life are the result of many forces at work, and they do not depend only on the birth chart.
Capricorn ascendant is generally the worst, but there's much more factors to consider in astrology.

what are the "many forces" that causes a human problems besides natal chart?

If you have Capricorn in the ascendant then that means Saturn is your chart ruler. Saturn is the greater malefic in astrology and brings suffering and hardship in life. But it does give one inner strength and endurance to persevere through it all.

Many factors. It may be bad karma due to problems that you didn't want to solve in previous lives, or more generally family karma, or it may be certain circumstances due to where you live... Circumstances of life.
It can also be due to bad choices that were made by relatives or people connected to your life, which fall back on you (unfortunately this is my experience).
In short, there are a myriad of reasons why one receives setback in life.
The importance is to never stop and keep fighting. The Temple of Zeus provides everything you need to deal with this. We just have to be thankful that we have this knowledge.
Is not bad karma the reason generally because of which u have malefic planet and a bad natal chart with malefic situated in either fall or dehabilated ??
