hi. i started my chakra empowerment by spinning only the front extensions. i've switched to and kept vibrating god names and sanskrit mantras into my main chakras a few years ago after their opening exercises. but i don't feel nearly as empowered as much as when only i spun the front extensions. I also feel a glow when i use mantras but my chakras feel way stronger when i breather energy into them as I spin them. even breathing and spinning the main chakras doesnt feel as effective when compared to the front extensions. can someone help? should i stick to spinning the front chakras? thanks

A good trick for this is to focus on your base chakra, than focus on your crown chakra, and draw a line between the two, and now focus on this line, make it spin or whatsoever, visualize it shining, and try to feel it.
Trying to feel something, and visualizing is two different thing even though it can be used together.
You must work on the main chakras. You Don't feel the power of the chakras and meditation because the chakras are dirty and you don't have the right sensitivity to feel it.
You need work on it.
