How many Ptah vibrations do I have to do? and for how many days in a row do I have to do it?

Active HelperIn Ptah-meditation topic, it is stated to do the repetitions for 5 to 20 times. You can do it any time and as much as you want, but consistency is key when seeking lasting results.
