That in other religions/practices there is distortion of reality/truth.

And the ultimate goal will inevitably lead to degeneration, committing big mistakes, connection on low astral planes, openness to psychic attacks, forcing, nervous system problems, mutilation, and all other crap.

In opposite of this, the ToZ is around 20 years old and MANY members have rise their kundalini. it's doable in 3 years but definitely below 10 years, even for the most filthy souls, with under the hands of the Gods.

This is a little on the optimistic side. The Kundalini's full ascension is a gradual and long-term process and, like all things, based upon prior advancement. "The most filthy souls" will need a lot more time, also assuming they are actively advancing at a good rate.

If I recall correctly, HPS Pythia was referencing Vovim Baghie when she gave this 3 year number, and he very likely had prior live(s) advancing.

Anyone can and should consult with their GD about their own progress or obstacles in regards to the Kundalini, to get an accurate reflection on this.

New age is an umbrella term for everyone who doesn't follow a religion and believes in lovey dovey stuff that Zevists don't, they don't have specific beliefs or practices. Many New Agers only practice manifesting and unconditional love to ascend to fifth dimension, others do Tarot, and astrology readings, and others channel "Pleiadians" and other entities.

Even if others do the same thing, the difference in religions are not so much in their practices, but their teachings. The practices are a means to an end, what matters is not the practices, but the purpose for which you are used. You may do the exact same practice but use it for the opposite purpose, i.e. a Buddhist doing some meditation to deny himself and renounce the world and reach nirvana while a Zevist doing the exact same thing to train his mind to focus like a laser so he can use magick successfully.

One thing you'll never hear a Zevist is say you should practice unconditional love or that we're one with the universe or you should try to ascend to 5d and become a light being and leave your physical body behind. Only New Agers do that. I have never heard any of them say that kundalini/hatha is the most important thing and you should practice it every day to raise your kundalini and reach Godhood and physical immortality like Zevists do. All religions beside Zevism see the physical body as something bad that needs to be discarded. Zevists don't see it that way, but we recognize it as important and try to preserve it and even make it immortal.

These are universal practices that have been well preserved by Hinduism. When Pythia first posted about these meditations, everything was much more difficult, and there was less information available. General information like “Lam for the root chakra” is just that. There are more complex and secret practices that you can only access through extensive research and financial investment.
The most important factor for success isn’t the source or technique, but rather how consistent you are in your practice and your effort. Meditation that seems simple, like Shamata, has many layers of knowledge. The experience and its depth are endless; there is always more to achieve.
