I'm having a medical problem that isn't looking too well so let's say I start a working manifesting a positive outcome for my situation and like declare it in his name and request his assistance is he likely too help and do you guys have good experiences with him

And when I see that Valefor and Marbas are both listed as able to help with medical problems, I would come to www.tozrituals.org and I would do the rituals for Valefor and Marbas, and then at the end of each ritual I would nicely ask them for help. These rituals are a great way to start a communication between you and a god, and it also increases the connection between your soul and the god so that the god is more easily able to reach to you and help you.
If you have this strong feeling that you should contact Buer, then you can ignore what I just said and you should try to contact him. When you have a strong feeling that you should contact some specific god, this is often this god telling you and encouraging you to contact him because he wants to help you. So you should contact Buer.
What I said before about the rituals, this is a great way to start a communication between us and the gods. But unfortunately we do not yet have a ritual for Buer.

I had done this when i was in the court cells. Was never expecting let out.
Done my meditations prayers to Beur and few hours later i got released with strict conditions, not to contact witnesses etc.
With Buers help i got home.

I performed a formal ritual to Lord Buer - after asking Father Zeus - to help me free myself from tobacco.
8 months later, I'm still a non-smoker and it didn't take much effort.
Lord Buer's energy seemed gentle and enveloping during the ritual.
