How can I benefit from it? I didn't feel like having any psychic ability.

You can gain advantage through Meditation.
I have seen cases of people with predispositions like yours, who gave psychic abilities etc... but their "activation", "awareness" of having this ability came at different times in their lives.
There will come a point that you will go in that direction "automatically". Meditation is essential for this, you risk "losing" or failing to "use/activate" this skill without this process.

There is a difference between the Jupiter energies inside our soul (our natal Jupiter) and the planet of Jupiter which is a large energetic body that influences us (transit Jupiter).
In this case, the person is referring to the sign and placement of their natal Jupiter, not the sign of the transit Jupiter.
