I have Jupiter in the 8th house (and it's actually my chart ruler).This is good for inheritance I have read. I have a rich godmother that does not have children, husband, or any close relatives.Many houses and money. Do you know which runes /planetary Square shall I use to inherit her property? There is already a chance I will get something, just wanna do a working to seal the deal.
PS She is still alive but old (around 90) and sick.

You can use the Fehu Rune and/or Ehwaz.

Fehu does rule property, but it is actually more of a Jupiter-style of wealth, which is "mobile". Othal is better for securing property, especially that which is inherited, as Othal has an ancestral component.
So OP can use Fehu and Othal. Gebo can also be used if they need to be written into the will, or if they conflict with other family members on this.
