Whenever I empower my chakras or do qigong I feel a blockage in my heart chakra not in the middle but the front. It feels like the energy isn’t able to flow does anyone know what the problem is?

If you have a blockage, then the problem is that you have a blockage. Work on opening and removing the blockage.

That happened to me, and I found the blockage was due to a huge link to my heart chakra, coming from a vampire relative (caused by childhood guilt, never resolved).
