I think I'm starting a depressive crisis. I had been without anything for almost a year and I thought I had been cured but these days I started to feel anguish and want to die, not to mention that I don't feel like doing anything including meditating.But I still try my best and also do the rituals. I realized when I started to fail in the Ritual, in the last depressive crisis I almost wasted away and I failed a lot in it specifically.
