I do algiz saulo tyr each 10x two times in a day. At the evening and at the morning.
Is it enough. ?? Sometimes i think that it cant handle carses.

It is ok, but you could stand to increase it. You can also distinguish your protection between enemy sources and "environmental" sources, like bad transits. For example, Tyr would work better against an enemy attack than a Saturn transit, in theory.
what can i add for negative transits ??

You do not necessarily need to add anything specific, but you need to keep your energy levels plentiful and steady. Continue advancing and get closer to the Gods.
Other than that, never doubt the validity of your efforts. And if you feel like you 'need more' then you can double or triple the time spent on specific things. Like with AOP, if you spend 10 minutes per day, spend 20 minutes per day instead.
