I downloaded Chronus XP but That software is not at all opening in my system ..I do NOT have android phone so my only option is computer ..But Though chronus xp is installed in my system yet it does not open and also HOW do u you set the latitude and longitude of the particular town u are located

Active HelperThis is for a Windows computer. If you are not using a windows computer it will not work.

You can try thisFull site ↗ by Larissa666. If you have an iPhone, Planetaro is for iPhone but I can't vouch for it personally.

Also just google your town and place (or the most major urban place near it) with latitude + longtitude in the search. Then pay CLOSE ATTENTION to which is latitude or longitude and input it.
Instead of the old ChronosXP it is better to use AstroChronos which Larissa666 created.
