I am working on destruction spell over my personal enemies who have harmed me ..I have been doing meditation consistently since the last 3 years everyday but I do not know why my this destruction spell aint working on this person ..May be he has some good planetary influence ..So how do I block the good planetary influence that is protecting this evil person and render justice .Definetely this evil person's aura is not stronger than me because this person does NOT know the A of meditations ..I do not know this person's date of birth ..But some planerts are protecting him ,this is what my intution tells me ..How do I remove that good planetary influence from him

If you perform everything correctly, and fail, check his astrological transits and wait for the most favorable transit. At those times the person is drastically weaker, and the attacks are much more effective.
If you can't get his astrological data, continue until you get results.
You do not have the power necessary to overpower an astrological influence, in case he is "protected" by it.

Anyways, it does take at least 40 days, to do some big harm. If you have not done it 40 days constantly, than it is not suprising that it did not worked.

The sessions required depend on one's skill and power, not mere repetitions. One can do one or two highly emotional and concentrated efforts and get the result one needs. This is not the same as trying to change your innermost with certain cycles. Destruction is another matter. And if we have to use numerology with these sorts of rituals, then 9 and multiples of it are appropriate choices.
