I didn't do this schedule and I've been a Zevist for a year, should I still do it? I keep my high energy routine, I looked at the pdf for a moment and saw that I've already done almost all of his meditations

Lead TranslatorYou can cry and practice some of the meditations described there if you think you haven't practiced them enough, such as merging astran conciseness or invoking elements, astral projecting, ect... You obviously don't want to start it from the first month as you are a Zevist for a year.
Generally, this is your decision, as it is your schedule. You can look at which meditations you haven't done yet and include them in your schedule.
