I frequently see 911 and 11.11 everywhere.
I usually ignore them.
Are these enemy attacks?
Only very few times have I had a recurring 666 or 111 seen.

Usually, it is advised to not care about these, but only when they are in cooperation with our benefic Gods. The reason is that if I ask you what you see in resonance with this in your life, such as have you had enemy attacks, your mind would resemble and lie to you to make it true, by a cynical function of the mind.
By experience, regardless if it is and if it isn't (most of the time isn't), knowing this by numerology in this stage of the journey doesn't matter or make a difference.
If one meditates, keeps close to the Gods, and does the necessary self-serving every day, nothing really matters what the enemy attempts or tries, as they fail.
I believe the other positive aspect of these, is that of change and transformation, in a light meaning of these. Might mean you have choices to make.
