Completely new to Zevism ..I was seeing the 40 day meditation programme by HPZM.The first meditation is aura cleaning ..In that something called chakras are mentioned??what is chakra?is there any link in ToZ main page that tells about chakras??Also for aura cleaning can I JUST IMAGINE a gold white light or do i need a white bulb ?
