My neighbor is a major trump conspiracy theorist he believes as do most that the evil government people are Zevists bur he says some ToZ type stuff and he said that space is actually an ocean and God made a firmament for us

The universe is not a conscious being. It is energy. It doesn't know good or right.

Same with raised energy. If you don't direct it right it'll either:

1. Dissipate

2. Take the easiest route.
