If you don't improve yourself where are you going, up or down? If you don't do physical excercise or don't do any physical work will you have weak muscles?
Lead TranslatorIf they are open, you might have to do chakra aligning meditations in order to keep them aligned.
They aren't misaligning by themself, but if you meditate on a chakra, and you visualize it, and its flips over, even if you spin them, you should do the chakra aligning meditation several times.
