I posted recently about learning from experience and observation of transits etc, you'll see it in the main JoS666 forum :)
As for books, the ones I studied from were all lost about 10 years ago and I can't remember which ones they were. Others have asked me this as well, I would need to take the time to gather a bunch, skim through, and remember which ones they were, but I do not have the time nor the resources to do so, currently. I know that other members are reading a lot of astrology books and have planned to make posts on the ones they found most helpful though, so keep an eye out for them in the future.
