You need to give more details here. The world as a whole is more antisocial, but it is not totally impossible to find relationships. You will have to put some effort into self improvement, as well as showing yourself online. You can also look for speed dating events, but perhaps online conversations would be easier for you to start with.

Start going to the gym, take care of your appearance, be confident and dress nicely, and most important be nice and sincere to girls.
Don't give up on yourself. You will find a girlfriend in time. You can also help yourself by doing magic work for attracting the perfect partner.
