My question is, how does one join a coven?
I would wish to join one. Due to financial constraints, my house is very small I am not able to set up a proper altar.
Does that affect my rituals?

Covens are a really tricky subject. I would not advise you ever share your real identity or true beliefs with anyone online or try to meet up. You can start your own with another Zevist if you know them and they are willing, you don't need the maximum number of members to have a functioning coven.
The size of your altar is not important, only your intentions.
