Don't think there's anything u need to do or should do.
Ur still growing and maturing. Just focus on ur self and advancing ur self.
That's my opinion.
At your age, there is no need to do anything. Your kidneys are still in the second phase of maturation (8-16 years old for men) and many things will change in that time.
Things will change further still in the third stage (16-24) and after this you will have a better picture of yourself.
