I have multi vitamins and minerals however I honestly don't know if I need it, along with fear...

About my left arm sometimes moving or putting weight on my left shoulder I hear it crack mostly swinging backwards along with my elbow don't hurt but feel off or uncomfy. I know putting weight and doing sorten things hurt a little or cracks. Other wise it's fine.... Don't hurt it when younger or anything lots is blank.

No, no pain, the previous night I had a palpation 3 same time and that through me off for if I had that another time I don't recall.

Other wise no pain especially not on my left side.

My eating is basically if I have to put some where good. I don't eat crap, most I do is prob have from a Mexican place and that's once a blue moon or pizza lol once in a blue moon. Other wise I do all my own stuff.

And I do exercise just about every day. Aside from yoga.

I will ask this though, how to make a veggy plate taste better aside from putting in meat....?

I eat that but not enough, I prob say my Peggy plate is prob about 10% if that.
And the rest is meat and bread or dessert that I make lol. I know isn't the best.
