it will come in time just do your best .its like lifting weights its hard at first but it will get better an also try to remain in present time and free your mind of any thought it helped me alot

Visualization can be difficult at first. At least allow yourself to feel it, even if you can't see it.

And, don't give up. Ask the Gods for help, too.
