Please Help... I Feel Lost and Don't Know Where to Begin

Hello everyone,

Thank you for taking the time to read this.

I'm writing because I honestly don't know where to begin anymore.

At the end of 2021, I slowly fell back into drugs, pornography, and other ways of escaping reality. Before that, around 2020, I had started turning my life around. I practiced meditation, yoga, daily aura cleansing, old rituals of that time, and other spiritual practices. For the first time in a long while, I truly felt like I was moving in the right direction.

Looking back, I still don't know exactly what happened. Maybe it was curiosity. Maybe I became overconfident. I told myself, "I'll only do it a couple of times, and then I'll return to my spiritual path." But instead, everything spiraled out of control.

I even took out a €20,000 loan, which I wasted on prostitutes, clubs, drugs, and other things that promised happiness but only left me feeling empty.

When I think about these past few years, the emotions that come up the most are shame, sadness, self-hatred, and the feeling that I have turned away from Gods and disappointed them..

At the moment, I'm in a rehabilitation program, and thankfully I'm making progress. I'm grateful for that. But deep inside, I feel a strong desire to reconnect with my spiritual path and with the practices that once brought peace and meaning into my life.

I would really appreciate your advice.

Where would you recommend I begin?

How can I start healing my habit of escaping reality through pornography?

For those of you who have walked a similar path, what helped you recover from addiction while rebuilding your spiritual life?

Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who reads this and shares their thoughts. It truly means a lot to me...

Hello.

It is very good that you have decided to apply and follow a rehabilitation program. They offer concrete help with these kinds of issues. You must stick with it to the end and be very diligent.

For the spiritual part, keep praying to the Gods and seek their help. It is no use for us to turn away from them. Pray to the Gods when you wake up and before sleep, and ask them to guide you in overcoming this problem.

I would also suggest that you start doing some purification workings. You can start either with Munka or Vissuddhi, 40 days, and affirm that you are now completely and permanently free from any kind of addiction to pornography. It will require more than one session, given the severity you described. Don't get discouraged or disappointed if, for any reason, you go back and watch it again. Stay strong on the path.

Pornography is a cancer in this era, as it has devastating effects on people, and it is very accessible and free.

To conclude, find a girlfriend with whom you can experience love and true sexuality.

Hello, Brother, and welcome back.

It is a great thing that you have understood the problem and want to help yourself. 🙏

Sometimes, we fall so deeply in negativity and self- destructive habits, we forget we can always get out of the mud if we want to.

To start with, since many changes have happened since you were last here, I would advise you to start reading our websiteExternal ↗. Let yourself be filled with our Gods and Goddesses love and light. Be immersed in the knowledge and feel happy for being here and understanding the importance of your soul and your path. Be proud for coming back and realize just how great your potential is.

At the same time, since drugs damage the spiritual body and the aura, I would advice you to start with doing aura and chakras cleaning and building a strong aura of protection that can help you physically, spiritually and mentally. Following the 40 days meditation programExternal ↗ by our High Priest is a good start to also gain some control over your mind (for example, practicing void can help with uncontrolled thoughts).

I wish you the best of luck. Remember that we are here for anything you want to ask. Don't let self-guilt consume your beautiful soul. Heal, and let the Gods and Goddesses light shine through you.

Hello!

Pornography, unlike other addictions like alcohol or drugs that you can cut out of your life and will be just fine, abuses something so primal and inherent to our being. Never lay eyes on alcohol and taste it your whole life and you could still live a happy, fulfilling life. You cannot expect to never lay eyes on women and cut all relationships with women and be fine. Something very deep in the core of human being is abused by porn. You can't simply eliminate it.

Because you cannot just delete that part of yours, you need to replace the porn with something else. SG Hidden Warrior is correct, if possible, replace porn with a real relationship where you are not just a bystander but a real participant.

If you cannot do this, you still need to find something healthier to replace it such as tiring yourself out cold in a physical activity or sports. You should be too exhausted, your energy and attention should already be spent on something that will make you improve in some way, something physical. You should be too tired that you will have no attention and energy to waste on porn. I mean seriously tired, so exhausted you can't even look at your phone to check the hour before falling asleep when you arrive at home after spending the day doing Mars things (taking action, initiative) until the habit of porn dissolves. Stay out of home, don't spend time in the bedroom if not for sleep; make it impossible to watch porn.

Not everyone begins with the same things, but I really focused on Hatha Yoga and purification and protection. I didn't do much empowering or psychic development.

Without HoO knowledge, what made the greatest difference along with Yoga two or three times a day, was Returning Curses Part 1 & 2 for at least one year. If you do this, along with basic aura/chakra cleaning and a basic AOP, you'll be in a much better place after a full circle. Of course, you can do other things; I just think those were the most important. In addition, Void meditation for 5 - 10 minutes a day (you will have the cognitive space to choose before your impulses choose for you).

You must also act. Build a life worth living, materially. Accomplish things and you won't have time to waste.

My advice comes from the experiences of being in low states of consciousness of that lifestyle.
