Are there any physical tips that help facilitate spiritual growth? I find myself lacking in both areas, so I’m wondering if there is something I can do to help break free of the daily do-nothing-productive mentality I seem to have.

I forgot to mention “not yoga” since I already do hat the majority of the time.

Are you referring to hot yoga?

How frequently do you do this?

How long have you felt the taste that your lungs are bleeding?

Someone who doesn't care about peoples health nor understand it..

Hot yoga is very damaging to the body's fluids.. Great for overweight people who want to lose weight but at the risk of creating a lot of internal heat due to the consumption of yin.
