While I understand plainly that results and experiences may vary widely between individuals, I was curious if anyone might be able to tell me of a definitive signification of its activation? Pressure and a sort of flow are some indicators of initial chakra activation. Pain might be involved with a blocked or otherwise dysfunctional system. Simply something to keep working on; it will pass.
