I have a nasty disease ; it has taken much away from me, including my abilities to walk speak and do 99% of things that I want to do and it gives me heaps of pain, muscular scoliosis and won't allow relaxing one muscle

Are you speaking of neuromuscular scoliosis? Were you born with this?Some forms develop at adolescence.

neuromuscular scoliosis sounds correct
its progressive but yes i was born with it howeverr minor it used to be
