I'm having a lot of trouble visualizing the runes in the Sheng Ring. Do you have any ideas or tricks that might make it easier for me?

To be honest I just visualize the Shenu Ring glowing as brightly as possible, if you struggling to visualize that instead.

Also when you have finished a Ritual do not forget to meditate on the sigil at the bottom of the page, thats when you will experience an energy connection with the God in question.

To improve your concentration and visualization, you can try meditating on the flame and then closing your eyes and trying to visualize.

Great advice! This resonated for me since I am so new and have some healing, aligning, opening, and developing to do.
I keep reminding myself to be patient and "trust the process" , as my dear friend, Paladin of Khepu, reminds me. ♡
