Okay, so in the Spiritual Warfare training, on days 27 through 31 there are 5 steps, am I suppose to do them each on the same day, or like e.g. 27. Sit down and relax your mind.Then 28. Pick a sound and meditate on hearing it in your mind. etc.etc.
Or am I suppose to do them ALL on everyday??

Quick question guys, does the void have anything to do with the Quintessence, I've seen finger diagrams explains the thumb as the void as an element, how does that work?
New age sites have mostly misinformation with a grain of truth. Void is not an element. Ether/Akasha is.
