Can anyone help me read my natal chart?

I don't feel secure about how I'm interpreting and drawing conclusions from it.

Is it natural to have a great amount of my planets clumped up in my 9th house (my sun sign - Aquarius)?

I'm also terrified at how my Saturn is in my 11th house. Does that mean I'll have to deal with a lot of Karma?

So, in many charts there are different natural 'things'
Like one being Natural Psychic or Natural Mage.

I am a Natural Mage according to working on the human mind and soul in my past life, and when I focus on something I desire, I could make it happen. So I am asking what is the benefits for an Natural Mage? And what can I possibly do out of this? Like, can I learn so to speak, Telekenises, Pyrokenises and Lavitation faster? Does my soul and chakras get even better or faster empowered?
