All I said was “I need to bring my fitness tracker to keep track of how much I burn”
No prior warns seen on my end.

Maybe the word "burn" triggered the bot. Since you have been ban once, the bot recognize you and you are on his watch.
the bot has a big watchlist.
Pure speculation, and a poor explanation because that implies that the bot is incompetent in what it does.

When you are ban one time, the bot gets triggered easily.

No need for a condescending reply. The bot is just easily triggered.

I was not condescending, but I am not happy with the performance of it.
You've already been unbanned. The moderation bot is actively worked on and improved constantly.
The way it works is, if you are not a recognized user, the bot can be at the moment very trigger happy, since it is made to combat spam. If you've been banned in error, you can report to one of us Guardians who are Moderators on the Vultus Templorum server, and we can review it and unban you.
I guess I will reach out on her next time through private message because last time I didn’t have cases to reply to. Thank you
Technology can give both false positives and false negatives. So a bot can be imperfect in the same way as any human being. If you're looking for perfection, you only need to look at the Gods. SG Voice of Enki clarified the right course of action in these matters.
