I started to open my third eye, but what if my 3rd eye doesnt open in 4days, do i need only to meditate on my 3rd eye so it will fully open, or do i need also vibrate TOTH?

The beginner working does the initial opening then you have to actually empower it through vibration of words of power. So you can open it but it'll still require further working afterwards to activate completely.
It is also not only THOTH that you can vibrate, but later on other words of power

Question: Since the 3rd eye is an extension of the 6th chakra, it should also be more powerful during the hours of the 6th chakra, right? If I were to meditate on it during its hours, I mean.
Yes but make sure that you’re not avoiding any of your chakras. They all need to be worked on.
Yes, I believe so. Most of what applies to the 6th chakra also applies to the 3rd eye.
There are very important exceptions though, such as opening the 3rd eye first and the 6th chakra last.
