Is anyone else making a loaf of bread or similar? I happen to have a lot of white flour, so I am trying out a typical recipe, I like to try to incorporate protein powder into recipes if I can.

not sure why you want to have protien in your bread but for a typical recipe don't bother with the protien powder and just add what ever kind of nuts you like. they add protien in a much healthier form than any powder could. What ever kind of nut you like you can find a good recipe for using it in bread so that you know how to adjust for the weight and any oils the nuts may give off. good luck.

It was a wonderful experience, His' Energy was invigorating and highly supportive. He also gave an "Ancient" vibe, like an extremely wise elder. I think I did saw an Elder figure surrounded by light (or sitting on the sun, I don't remember, this was yesterday) in my mind's eye (that was my first time doing this Ritual). I don't know if this is one of His forms or if this is supposed to represent something else entirely. Interestingly enough, I thought Ra had the same vibe long ago when I thought I experienced His Energy.

there are recipies out there that include these ingrediants. a quick search thru a food website should yeild several recipies. beware that using maple sugar will make the bread darker than you think but still wonderful.
