I read on the website that the inverted cross predates christianity, but I have not discovered any research to validate this nor provide what it would have originated as used for; can anyone elucidate on this subject for me?

The "inverted cross" is the correct orientation; the "christian cross" is inverted actually.
I was taught that the chakras were upright. How do the chakras symbolize the gods( elemental spirits)?
