Hello 🌻🫂
Negative emotions are normal to experience and we should allow ourselves to grieve or feel sad when bad things happen (afterwards, at an appropriate time and place) so that they can be expressed and let out in a healthy way. For example, when it is safe and appropriate to do, crying, letting off steam through exercise, screaming into a pillow, venting our hurts and thoughts/feelings into a journal or in conversation with a loved one or a professional counsellor who will offer you good advice and support.
You can also try the Somatic Healing Meditation by High Priest Zevios Metathronos. Alongside a yoga practice, this spiritual practice allows us to let go of the past:

You can pray to Father Zeus or your Guardian God to help you as you embark on this process of managing and healing from negativity. Now is also a good time to do spiritual work on your Solar chakra to give you inner strength and optimism for life.
If you feel negativity coming along, you can step away to clean your aura and chakras with some Solar energy by visualising bright white-gold light and vibrating Sowilo or Surya into them a few times and affirming that any negative energy is safely and healthily being cleaned from your soul in the best way for you.
High Priestess Lydia Coventina shared this affirmation as well which I do daily: "I am always spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally safe, secure, protected, strong and healthy in every way." You can breathe in white-gold energy on the inhale and recite this for 5 or 10 reps. It has helped me become a more resilient person capable of handling anything inclusing stress and pressure ⚡️🙏
I began to feel very safe and grounded in my body and life doing these, with exercise and cutting off any signs of mental rumination that begin to crop up when I encounter negativity. It can help to do a breathing exercise, box breathing, or just breathe deeply and say to yourself mentally or out loud (when you are alone or it is appropriate) that this negative thought is not true/not your reality and I choose to let go. This also works better when accompanied by doing an action that proves it and supports your positive growth in the other direction, for example planning to do a study session or looking for resources that can help you instead of ruminating.
Despite tough times which may come along as we journey through life we can choose to manage our minds and to never let life make us feel defeated 💪 we can always come back stronger.
For your second problem, have you tried discussing with your parents or a teacher about what your studying experience has been like for you? If you don't communicate with them then they can't know that you need specific help.
A teacher or school counsellor may know better about where you are lacking be able to contact your parents on your behalf if you feel nervous about talking to them about what you need help with (extra lessons, applying for learning accommodations like taking exams in a different room or with more time, a peaceful place and time for studying, a 'body double' who assists you while you revise, better textbooks and a tutor or maybe a hiatus from studying, the ways to assist here are endless ✨️)
If your parents feel more involved in the process they can see more clearly all the ways that you are trying your best and that you want to do better.
