How To do a Spiritual Cleansing Ritual

Before tetra , shattering , cleaning also raise your energys (VU/VA/VOx6) + before doing the light ball fokus on it above the 9 chakra, for around 60 sec making it brighter bigger, then state affirmation:

The light is cleaning and removing any and all negative energys, curses , bindings, hatred, thoughtforms and destructive energy, directed at me and is immediately returning it to the senders. x3 . Also include your 9 chakra in the cleaning process. (It´s the active cleaning process, yours is defense :"My Aura is constantly and continuously deflecting..." I also do this but ony again with VUVAVO, yours is better, but needs more time)

You can increase the energy after raising your energy by holding your breath for x amount of time (never strain your breath!).

The same applies theoretical after each Ritual letter spoken but I find this too time consuming and only do it after I´m done with the letters and affirmation of the Ritual right before HAIL ZEUS/HAIL ZEUS Forever part, holding then visualising the positive effects of the Ritual while breathing out. (Similar it can be used while cleaning/defflecting energy working)

Also you can do mudras while holding your breath or even while doing the Ritual, either fist mudra both or singel handed or prayer mudra:

Only do this if you don´t get distracted from this, it also is probably more straining to raise 4 times your energy.
I find it more efficient to raise 4 times my energy in comparission to 1 time and doing a nother round.

It is not only reps who do count, it is also energy, visualisation + intent.

Personally I like to do Ritual session right after my morning kundalini yoga, or evening hatha yoga. 666 meditation does work, but it's kind of not much compared to yoga.

Oh awesome. This isn't an absolute by any means. Just an instructional. As instructions of raising energy and the invocation have somewhat vanished, as people know what to expect, all except people that just get here that is. I have noticed people asking about meditation programs lately as well. It takes a while to realize which things you are suppose to be doing. So I made a post about Meditation as well.

This post and the meditation program post will be used as aids. Then with the 40 day program, we can get peoples first 40 days of consistency in, and they should take off from there. I think doing this every so often is important. Also, if all of us crank It up to 27 reps for 40 days, we may experience a break through, from such a push, and allow for new things to come out.

You really want to raise some serious power. Origionally the Raum was done for raising energy. Lilith gave Pythia the 666 meditation as a way to do more damage with the rituals.

I've done that at times, but I prefer to save the energy from yoga for personal spiritual empowerment. So I usually do an Ritual first, then cleaning, protection, yoga and meditation.

Yeah, for that I use energy raised from chakra meditation. Cleaning I do not need to separately raise energy, as the mantra plus breath will suffice.

Yes, I can see why you post these topics. It is a very nice thing to do as these will surely help people out. And surely when there are enough people doing more than usual it will have an impact in our favor one way or another.
