The Sun rules other things besides cleaning, and so it is possible that you might want to save good Sun Squares for other uses. However, if I had to guess, perhaps starting a Sun in Capricorn or Virgo on a Witches' Sabbath date would be pretty strong for purification. Otherwise, just use normal methods, like Visuddhi deep cleaning.

Although Saturn has uses in regards to the removal of negativity (hence why Saturday is used for cleaning), Saturn's energies operate in a harsh manner, which my theory being that Saturn involves aspects of Hagalaz (pain from negative karma).
While Saturn Squares can be useful for their own listed purposes, I would not use them for cleaning, as this would likely invoke negative circumstances. Since much safer options are available to you, I would choose those first. I don't believe you are missing out of anything, if that is your concern.
