Hey guyz, I've openeed pritty much all of my chakra points and
empowering them, but i've been having trouble empowering my feet
chakra. I was able to open them fine, but after that, i just couldn't
breathe in energy on them. Im pritty sure i didn't do anything wrong
when i was opening them cause i notice when i was outside walking to go
to the train station and im close to alot of nature elemnets(best way i
could describe, pritty much like wind, grass ect.) I could breathe in
energy on my feet chakre. So i thought of an idea that maybe i could
put myself in a trance state(while standing up) and just visulize me on
a grassy field and then focus on breathing in energy on my feet chakra.
But i was wondering if anyone knows a way of empowering feet chakra
besides the TOZ one.

after an orgasm, i always feel my feet chakras burning for no apparent
reason. maybe u could try that out and direct the sexual energy
upwards beginning from ur feet.

ive read that the feet are like tied the the sex organs. the first
tiem i had an orgasm, which feels like a million years ago,
i remember feeling my feet ultra tingly and pleasureable as well

try taking in energy while doing a handstand. and go from there.
