There are services in the Hall of Osiris such as astrology readings, which is someone's time and effort, and there are Sacred Rituals and more things. If you mean SRs by buying knowledge, that'd not be correct because knowledge is when you put all runes and descriptions like in the website. A ritual like God rituals in ToZ Rituals is not knowledge, they are rituals. Yes you can learn from them but their primary function is not teaching, they have purposes specific to the ritual.

I'm not sure why you think acquiring things inside HoO is buying knowledge. Can you explain?

Hall of Osiris is where donors give back for everything we have here and to create more. They are blessed in return. It is also a natural barrier that keeps people who are not ready from things they are not ready. If I remember correctly, tier 0 is just the waiting stage from the creation of the account to the approval of the first donation. By ''I just entered'' did you mean still tier 0? Higher tiers have more unlocked things and there are more things still being developed.
