Hello Brother!
From all that you've mentioned, especially if you believe one of the major contributing factors to the hair loss is stress, it seems like you could benefit from doing some stress management techniques in your daily life. Constant stress can be really taxing on the body and often stress is unavoidable but it doesn't have to rule our life all the time. It can be really helpful, especially over the long term, to take time out in your downtime to practice some more calming spiritual practices.
My favourites are saying affirmations if I get anxious (these are up to the individual but what I suggest are things like "I have handled tough moments before, I am tough enough to handle this" and imagine yourself exhaling the tension and inhaling light and peace) and doing the calming breathing exercises (like the ones at the bottom of the webpage: Mastering the BreathExternal ↗ ) in moments of stress. Then when you have left the stressful environment or event, in your daily life you can do whatever calms you the most or helps you release tension and anxiety, including Void meditation, Awareness meditations, cleaning your aura, anti-anxiety kundalini yoga or praying/journalling/meditating on your Guardian God for comfort and guidance with what is bothering you in your life. I really find the Somatic Healing MeditationFull site ↗ to be very healing overall and releases a lot of tension you might be carrying in your life, especially after a hard day.
