I wouldn't use any human methods such as studying your natal chart to find your Guardian Daemon. Iamblichus advised against it, mainly because the Guardian Daemon transcends your natal chart and is above fate, not subject to it. He teaches that the best way to go about it is to become more connected and open to the Gods. They're already everywhere and guide and protect us. They're not somewhere else or separated from us in a higher dimension. We've just got to become more aware of that. The more we align ourselves with Ma'at, the more open we'll be to the Gods and the less bound by negative karma and fate we will be.
