As others had mentioned, look into improving your yang energies. Mars energy is the pushing power which powers our feelings of lust. Therefore, that is the general route I would try, but also do some research on this and try to proceed slowly. You don't want to necessarily rush it.

Hi Poshita,

- Are you taking any medications that might cause or contribute to your ED?
- The way I see it is that your male-female energies are imbalanced and the root of your ED issue. This manifests as ED in your body and bipolarism in the mind.
- I would recommend working on your lower chakras but this would not permanently fix the issue as the main cause is that you have too much feminine energy affecting the mind and body.

There are many exercises that harmoniously balance the masculine and feminine energies of the soul. I will list some for you below.
1. Alternate Nostril Breathing
2. The RAUM meditation with specific emphasis on the IO-EA component.
3. Vibrating SATANAMA.
4. Hatha Yoga (please use the search engine and review HPs Lydia's posts on yogic poses known as asanas).

- You should also consider physical exercises such as squats and kegel exerices (contracting/relaxing the anus and urinary muscles). This improves blood flow to the pelvic region and greatly improves the quality of erections in men in the long term.

Medically, 80% of ED cases are purely psychological in men below their 40s.
Choose any method listed in this thread, but remember that it is important to take a fully relaxed approach to whatever method you decide in treating this issue.

In addition to the other advice given here, Uruz rune into your Sacral chakra will help. Make sure to clean the chakra first though, and then affirm something like "My Sacral chakra is healthy and normal in every way, and I can easily enjoy sexual stimuli in beneficial ways for me."

Use Orange energy, breathe it into your Sacral and in your aura as you state the affirmation.

But as has been mentioned by Syt above, most ED is psychological, so you should examine what could be the cause. Were you traumatized in any way, do you have shame or guilt about sexuality or your gender, and so on. You don't have to answer here, but spend some time thinking it over.

Ed's reason is that I drink lithium, rexapin and dideral. Not psychological. My psychologist said the same. My feminine energy may be a little high, although not very high.

Thank you for your help, but the problem is not psychological, but a side effect of lithium, rexapin and dideral. It also affects my studies, my mind is constantly on this subject

I'm drinking 5 mg lex right now, the next treatment is eswt, the next treatment is surgery. I am 22 :(

Perhaps consult an alternative medicine doctor (Ayurvedic, TCM, holistic, etc), there are more natural methods to treat bipolar. Lithium is natural, but combined with pharmaceuticals definitely has malefic side effects.

I live in a place where there is abuse of such issues. For example, a Muslim cast a conversion magic on me.

Yes, the intensity and degree is different for every individual, however, music affects us on a subconscious level and is programming us mentally and also energetically.

I am probably the most qualified to comment on such issues so I will despite it being kind of embarrassing.
Firstly anyone telling you this is easy to solve is wrong, flat out. ED is a sign of severe ill health in young men I suffered it from birth I only achieved my first real erection at like 21 after YEARS of consistent heavy spiritual work, Lydia's suggestions are very good but those herbal remedies are barely even a crutch if your issue was like mine even when they do work.
The first issue is determing what is causing your ED for me it was anatomical and thus very difficult to solve (But I did so it can be done) so determining the cause is the most important step.
So heres what you need to do IMO:
1. Determine cause be it psychological or if its due to your medication or physiological, if its medication or psychological solving those problems are much easier.
IF its physical then do the following:
2. Breathe in energy into your base chakra constantly, always do it, make it automatic and then for an hour a day breathe in energy from your base chakra to your sacral chakra, I couldnt even feel my sacral chakra for over a decade of being a Zevist it was that weak in comparison to my others but it can be fixed.
3.Uruz into your genitalia with an appropriate affirmation
4.Uruz into your sacral with an appropriate affirmation (space these out or use different pronunciations of the Ur rune)
5.Get as much cardio as you can cardio is very important for healing im talking sweating buckets cardio something like wrestling.
6.Do lots of serpent yoga the ascension of the serpent into my sacral chakra is what eventually cured me of these issues even though the serpent later descended, the curative effects remained.

I also see you think muslims cast magic on you, this is a sign of mental illness, 99.99% of muslims are not capable of such things they are very weak spiritually if you meditate at all any energy they send will be deflected so that is probably in your head indicating your ED is probably psychological but make sure your find the real cause to your problem and then apply the correct solution, you cannot positive mindset your way out of an actual sickness you need power and Satan's teachings.

Magic isn't easy and if your bipolar its going to be even harder I would suggest mastering your bipolar disorder using magic before even attempting to cure yourself of ED as not only could that alone solve your problem if the issue is psychological or due to your medicine but solving physical issues while mentally unstable is very hard and so getting your mind straight is priority number 1 IMO.

My problem is purely due to the side effect of the drugs, yes I also want to fix the bipolar first. Very very thanks for your advice.

My doctor changes medications, but there has been no positive change. I can't step foot in women just because of that.

Also try not to watch porn and death grip. Everyone else has given relevant advice to this.

From the blood test, it will be revealed whether it is related to hormones or psychological.
