I have made a donation with an identifier of #a565dc but when I type it in, it does not accept it. I have e-mailed a few people and only had one response that they are incapable of checking as they don't have access, so I am asking here. The date was June 27th of this year and the e-mail my donation is associated with is [email protected]

I cannot continue to donate if I don't know if it is being accepted.

Wrong ID, simple. When I have donated, there have been two ID's, and only one of them is the blockchain ID. That is the one you want to type/copy in there.

The blockchain ID is what's required to be input and it's not accepted by the system because it's not correct. That is all.

Message directly in the Hall of Osiris to rectify the matter.
