Hello! So I’ve been working on going into my deep trances for a bit now, and last night I finally did it!! But whenever I got myself out of it, I started talking and my voice sounded a little muffled into my ears?! Like I could barely hear myself talk. I don’t know if that’s a good or bad thing. Is that supposed to happen?

It is ok.
When you are in a deep trance, you may not hear yourself, or hear echoes of what you are saying.
