You are right in that You have to be used to the energy.

The Snake energy and Sexual energy are closely related in that one has to get used to the sexual energy before conciously working on the serpentine energy.

The thing is as the serpentine energy starts manifesting, it does start activating during meditation session. Escpecially during vibrations of powerful mantras and even planetary squares. It manifests more powerfully as the Chakras become cleaner.

And as it starts creating a clear path and forming a certain Energy connection. It then Rises.

From my understanding and answers from Father Zeus. The Kundalini Serpent rising should not necessecarily be painful. It should be intense and powerful but not necessarily painful and disastrous. Many people only face pain because of blockages and DIRTY chakras. Thats why you have to prepare thoroughly for it.

And again, If the Soul was prepared enough and the Sexual energies worked on properly. The serpentine energy should be easy to be kept Risen. The preparation for a risen serpent is much more important, for it is the foundation of this.

Like how a foundation is very important for a building a much stronger and more firm house. The Body, Mind and soul should be strong to hold this energy.

The on/off mentality, is much more of one learning and getting used to the energy. Even when the Kundalini serpent rises, one still has to learn how to use the New found energy level to manifest and create. But if enough preparation is made. Everything becomes better and complete. Almost perfect)

By default the Kundalini was risen and functioning fully this meant by default we were God conscious while in the physical bodies and had psychic abilities naturally what we were working on was to merge or manifest the Atma into the entire being the Magnum Opus....in order to decieve and successfully impart their programs of mainly Christianity and Islam the Repitialian and related ilk had to make us lose God consciousness because one who is consciously God conscious cannot be deceived so the snake power Kundalini was driven down and was coiled 3 and half times and is asleep in Hinduism they say the 3 coils represent the qualities of nature the Gunas....Sattvic ,Rajasic and Tamasic these are three shields so to speak that shield one from knowing their TRUE nature which is Atma/Brahma/Sat e..t.c the half represents Nature so three and half coils of the Kundalini represent Nature and three Gunas which have shielded you from your true nature....so for most the Kundalini is asleep in Muladhara/Base chakra and they are operating in the conscious states below the base Chakra they are 7 more chakras below in the legs the Hindus call this Narakaloka or the "Hellish"chakras or the qlippoth
.....the result of this you can clearly see it's reflected in life on Earth right now which is suffering and ignorance.....the first rising of the snake just restores the lost God conscious state you had and the lost psychic abilities become much easier to train and get back....so the goal is to awaken the snake power and overcome the 3 Gunas shielding you from your true nature by uncoiling and raising the snake power to the crown were you realise your true nature which is Brahma you have to live a Sattvic life as the Sattvic guna is closer to Atma but even this Guna has to be overcomed to be Self Realised ....it doesn't end there you keep training until the 3 main bodies are mature enough to merge with Shiva/Brahma e.t.c into the Light body this is 666 the Solar body or body of the Sun they are many stages in-between from intial rising of the snake power to the full Magnum Opus then you become a Mahadeva residing as one of the Gods in Siva Loka this I don't think can be done in one lifetime for the most part one might need 2 probably more lifetimes to get to the full Magnum Opus given the Age and Repitialian monstrosity problem we have right now in the Golden age many humans had achieved this some of them like the clergy have mentioned are the Demons/Mahadevas we look up to like Asmodeus for example....

I will add one thing to this; The Kundalini is not a shapeless energy. It is a being made of energy; sunlight. The ascension of the Kundalini process floods your existence with an abnormal amount of energy. Abnormal, in the sense that it is way more than what you have now. Let us take a dam as an example. If you destroy the dam in one blow, the water will rush through very quickly and intensely. The same can be said about the Kundalini ascension. The Serpent will move up your spine. This is not an allegory, this is literal. It hits your 6th chakra and your 6th chakra "explodes." The actual Serpent does not rise to your Crown. It is an actual being, so how can it go through your brain? Even if you look at it as energy; so much energy going through your brain would destroy brain cells. The spine ends at the 6th chakra for this reason. Clearing out blockages does not increase the size of the spinal cord, it just prevents the Serpent from being stuck at certain chakras.

From my own understanding we are doing meditation, not only to clear blockages but to empower the soul and make the physical body strong and flexible enough so it can take the kundalini energy. It does go through the brain because the spinal cord is connected to the brain, each chakra is connected to a part of the brain.
Power meditation, yoga, cleaning, and a bit of strengthening exercises are needed so when the kundalini start to raise our body and soul can actually take the kundalini energy, the more your body is strong on each of those aspects the easier it will be.

It Does Rise through the Crown Chakra and out the third eye. It passes through all chakras empowering them. The brain is on the physical body, the Crown is on the Soul.

So it does Rise through the crown.

My apologies, I was under the impression that it goes to the 6th chakra and from there it is just the energy from the 6th that hits the crown. Then it moves out of the 3rd eye. It just seemed so logical to me The link I posted does indeed say that it goes to the crown, though.
