Hi, from where do you get the Mantras And mudras for the opening up the soul section? The pages do not put much importance on mudras, while I read contradictory information in the Internet, stating that they are important. I noticed that doing some breathwork before the Mantras seems to increase the effectiveness of the process, especially when using, Bellows Breath or Breath Of Fire, but unfortunately this approach was never mentioned anywhere in the TOZ. I especially noted that by increasing the resistance/pressure during each exhale, by almost sealing the mouth with the tongue pressed to the roof, seem to have an empowering effect. Do you have an explanation to why it's so effective?
I also have a serious problem with being electronically tortured and harassed, with lifethreatening endangering consequences, trying to combat it by different means, including the aforementioned...
Also why is it recommended apart from the risk of health complications to open the upper chakras first? Could it be for the reason for easing the path of cosmic energy to enter the body, since it might be the main pathway for this energy to enter.
ToZ has everything you need, it is individual what one will make out of it, and what kind of combinations will be most effective for individual.
Mudras is beneficial no doubt, but not everybody can do all mudras, there is mudras impossible to make for people with thick fingers and etc., this is mentioned in ToZ also.
If you could study ToZ more closely you would find that doing breathing exercises is adviced before any kind of meditation, to calm the mind and bring it into stillness so meditation is being done more effectively after that.
One do any type of meditation program in a way that is most effective and empowering for one, everyone is individual what one experience another may not, if you found some method very good for you keep it, while others have found what methods are most effective for them, everybody keeps with his/her own way, as it is best way for an individual.
About increasing resistance/pressure upon the breath out, I have Idea that this way you create certain kind of intensity of air flow in that area by simultaneously slowing down the exhale, intensity of suppressing exhale may be cause for increased attention because of efforts to do so, and slowed down exhale may give deeper relaxation.
