Hello. First off thank you HP Lydia for answering my earlier question.
Now I have something totally different.

I keep coming across videos of Bilateral beats and they make me a bit wary because they cane and many do use subliminal messages. It's also impossible to be total sure that there are none in whatever track you are listening too.

So I was wondering if there were any Zevist here that knew how to make those things so that this community could have great sound tracks to listen to you that we knew for sure had no idiotic christian messages snuck in.
Any thoughts on this?

You need to find a good source for this. I found thisExternal ↗, and I think it is legitimate. Although, I do find that listening to these has very minimal use.

These could usually be bad for your hearing. They can make your ear drums resonate and be damaged. And they are often made with subliminal curses. Even when there are no curses in them, they are still not very useful.
