For anyone's information - for Jake, there is an error in the URL. Of course, the · should be a ., instead. I couldn't get HP Mage's link to work. The link to HPS Myla Limlal's Alegria De Enki gave a security risk, but then appears dead anyway. Needless to say, the Yahoo! Groups are dead.

Also apart from what stormblood mentioned start with the 40 day meditations. They are very well designed and well help you progress well.
You can add one meditation each from the 6 month spiritual training manual while following what you learned in 40 day meditation.
Active HelperBoth programmes can be followed together in my opinion as well, since the spiritual warfare one only has one meditation daily. If one wants to follow them one at a time, my suggestion is to start with HP Zevios Metathronos's one.
